Case Studies
Over the years, Ministry Partners has proved again and again that our commitment to church and ministry lending, our experience, and our expertise, represent an outstanding value to ministries in need of financing.
Our willingness and ability to truly understand the unique needs of churches and ministries results in solutions of exceptional quality.
Coastline Church
Founded as a house church in 1994, today Coastline Community Church is a vibrant ministry in Carlsbad, California. Having just brought on new leadership, their loan would soon adjust from an interest only payment to a principal and interest payment. Ministry Partners was able to refinance the debt at a lower rate, and free up extra capital, enabling the congregation to devote more resources and energy to reaching their community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Mountain Park Community Church
In Arizona, Mountain Park Community Church church was informed by its longtime lender – a large bank bailed out by taxpayer funds – that the church’s mortgage would not be renewed. The church had never been late on a payment and enjoyed ample cash flow. The bank simply wanted to exit church lending for unrelated business reasons. Ministry Partners acted quickly to underwrite the loan and fund in time to pay off the bank.
Plymouth Baptist Church
Plymouth Baptist Church of Indiana wanted to construct a new building, serving as its own contractor and using primarily volunteer labor. Ministry Partners brought years of construction lending experience to bear on the analysis, determining that the congregation was capable of completing the project according to its plans. In the process, the church saved significant costs and emerged with an attractive and functional building – and more money to spend on ministry.
South Reno Baptist Church
For the last four decades, South Reno Baptist Church has faithfully exhibited the love of Christ to the community. With a bond call only a few months away, the ministry faced a strict refinance deadline. Thankfully, Ministry Partners was able to find permanent financing for the church.
